Project Management Training for Lead Partners of the 1st Call for Proposals

This one-day training will provide practical guidance on all key aspects of project implementation — from the contractual provisions of the Subsidy Contract and Project Implementation Manual to the eligibility of expenditures, financial management, reporting, and operating project changes. The agenda will also include sessions on irregularities, fraud prevention, risk management (with the contribution of TESIM), communication and visibility rules, as well as capitalisation of results, ensuring that participants gain a comprehensive understanding of how to manage their projects successfully and compliantly.
