The opening conference of the Geo Building strategic project was held on 10 December in Pécs, Hungary, with the project, the partnership and the planned activities presented to the public and the media.

The speakers included representatives of Pécs University, as the Lead Partner and other partner organisations included in the project, as well as representatives of the Joint Secretariat and experts in the field of sustainable development and geothermal energy.

December 5-én került megrendezésre Sarródon, a Fertő-Hanság Nemzeti Park és a Nationalpark Neusiedler See – Seewinkel legújabb közös, „GRACE” rövid című projektjének nyitókonferenciája, amelyen a Közös Titkárság munkatársai képviseltették magukat.

A projekt közös kezelési stratégiák révén kíván előrelépéseket tenni a határon átnyúló védett gyepekés nádasok megőrzéséért.

Az ATHU Program Monitoring Bizottságának döntése értelmében ez a kezdeményezés stratégiai jelentőségű műveletnek (operation of strategic importance) tekintendő.
